My approach requires different components such as flexibility, power, speed, balanced exercise regimen and strength training. By not functioning properly in any one of these areas you will hinder your performance in day-to-day endeavors.
Machine training, alone, has a place in the world of fitness. However, it only provides exercise in an isolated, single plane of motion. There is little emphasis on functional improvement or injury prevention. My program utilizes multiple planes of motion using a comprehensive approach that will work to improve all of the areas necessary to allow you to achieve your total performance capabilities safely.You will feel better, have more efficient energy, and your mental outlook will improve as well.
